Bordeaux
The city of Bordeaux is the 9th largest in France, the capital of the Aquitaine region and the country’s wine capital. The Bordeaux region has been producing wine since the 8th century and is home to some of the great wine chateaux, Margaux, Lafite, Margaux, Pomerol to name but a few. Time to explore, perhaps visit a few vineyards, taste some wine, take a river cruise or simply stroll the newly renovated city centre. The choice is yours.
